Critical Product Line of Edwards Lifesciences, which provides patient monitoring platform with advanced AI algorithms, was acquired by BD for $4.2B, making it the largest HealthTech megadeal so far this year.

Specialty Networks, a group purchasing contract and practice enhancement software, was acquired by CardinalHealth for $1.2B.
